RIHI-Africa is committed to enhancing government service delivery and development efforts through rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis, guiding policy changes, and advocacy strategies. We collaborate closely with government agencies, county steering committees and partners to ensure coordinated efforts aligned with national and international strategic frameworks, including Vision 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Our focus is on driving meaningful improvements in health, climate change resilience, reducing child mortality, and alleviating poverty. This effort aims to ensure equitable access to essential services for mothers, children, the elderly, people with special needs and vulnerable populations in remote areas across Africa.
Our ultimate goal is to establish a platform that fosters collaboration, identifies critical needs and equips volunteers with specialized expertise in healthcare and preventive health measures to support communities most in need.
RIHI-Africa is a dynamic non-profit organization established through the collaboration of healthcare professionals, experts from various fields, and local community leaders. Our mission is to uplift communities and foster a brighter future for the inhabitants of Northern Kenya and the broader Global South. Leveraging our diverse expertise, we address the complex challenges prevalent in these regions, with a special focus on Kenya’s Frontier Counties, including Garissa, Wajir, Mandera, Tana River, Lamu, and Isiolo.
