Mahat holds an MHM (MSc in Healthcare Management) from the University of Unicaf Zambia and PG-Diploma in Health Systems Management from the same University. He is a Healthcare practitioner with over 28 years of experience. He is a co-founder, a co-partner and also the Acting CEO of Regional Intra-Health Initiative (RIHI-AFRICA).
